Meet the 2025 Mazda CX-50
The CX-50 excels on- and off-road, with a 4-wheel independent suspension and G-Vectoring Control Plus for remarkable stability, plus i-ACTIV AWD for better traction in any situation. You can even tailor your drive with Mazda Intelligent Drive Select’s Sport and Off-road modes. Four of the CX-50’s seven trim levels come with a 187-horsepower 2.5-liter engine, which tows up to 2,000 pounds and achieves fuel efficiency of an EPA-estimated 25 MPG in the city and 31 MPG on the highway.
For even more power, choose one of the CX-50’s turbo trim levels, with a 2.5-liter twin-scroll turbo engine that puts out 256 horsepower and 320 lb.-ft. of torque. Turbo models can tow up to 3,500 pounds and travel 23 city miles or 29 highway miles per gallon of gasoline. Every CX-50 comes with a 6-speed automatic transmission with manual shift mode for more driver control.
Inside the CX-50
The five-passenger CX-50 has a premium cabin with standard LED interior lights and a dual-zone automatic climate control system for customized comfort. Depending on the trim level you choose, the CX-50’s seats are trimmed in either half leatherette or leather. The rear seats give passengers plenty of space to stretch out, with 39.8 inches of legroom. There’s also a generous 31.4 cubic feet of cargo space, which expands to 56.3 cubic feet when you fold the rear seats.

Featuring exclusive 18-inch Black Metallic alloy wheels and Meridian hood graphics, the 2.5 Turbo Meridian Edition is made for adventure. It comes equipped with all-terrain tires, paddle shifters, and a Mazda Online Navigation System with off-road navigation. To help you see more clearly at night, the Meridian Edition has a standard Adaptive Front-lighting System, which turns your headlights as you turn your steering wheel. It also has a power panoramic moonroof to provide a wider view of the outdoors.
